Why people don't Stop Smoking

Most people know that by stopping they will save several thousand pounds a year.
Most people know that they could add years to their life.
And most people know that if they stop smoking right now, they could save their health - before it's too late.

So, why do people continue to smoke? It all comes down to one thing . . . FEAR.

  • Fear that you'll have to give up your crutch or pleasure

What happens at a group?

A group session lasts between 3 and 4 hours and is based in Central Exeter.

The reason for a group session is that it makes it more affordable for you.

For some people the group dynamic can be much more powerful as we're all working together towards one end goal -
that of you being a Happy Non-Smoker.

During this time, we will discuss your reasons for stopping and why people don't stop smoking even though they know the risks to their health if they don't stop smoking. You will also be given tools to take away to deal with any difficulties you may experience as a result of having stopped. The final part of the session is a hypnosis session to stop smoking and stay stopped so that you can leave as a happy non-smoker.

After the session, backup help is available should you need it.
